- Traditional chocolate cake - A light moist chocolate sponge with chocolate butter cream filling
- Fruit - A traditional rich moist fruit cake.
- Lemon - A light moist lemon infused sponge with lemon curd and lemon cream cheese filling
- Lemon and orange - A light moist lemon and orange infused sponge with lemon and orange cream cheese filling.
- Coffee and pecan - A light moist coffee and pecan sponge with real coffee butter cream filling.
